We have used the raclette and are very pleased with this product. We like the idea of grilling, fondue, and the raclette’s. It makes for a great evenings entertaining. The only thing I would like were the little plastic scrapers for the small pans so you do not scratch the Teflon. We use chopsticks and that seems to work ok. We have given it as a gift to our daughter and she is very pleased.
