Too bad the warehouse at Etronics that sends out the product is not aware of this special offer from Amazon; they do not store cookbooks and burner paste and these products do not come in the box. When I spoke with them they said they were not aware of this offer from Amazon. I accepted a refund of my shipping costs. Etronics were very customer friendly and responded promptly and courteously to my questions.
